Svart hvitt utfordring hos papirdokkene

Det er en stund siden sist jeg har blitt utfordret til å lage noe spesifikt inne hos Papirdokkene, men nå var det jammen min tur igjen. Er alltid kjekt å være med på utfordringsstafetten der inne, og så er det litt av noen utfordringer man får brynt seg på så er veldig spennende:))

It has been a while since I was challenged to make a spesific task at Papirdokkene, but now it finally was my turn again. It's always fun to be challenged in the challenge relay, and it is quite some tasks they want you to challenge yourself upon.

Hege GS utfordret meg til å lage et kort kun i sort/hvitt. Ingen andre farger er lov, men kun nyanser i sort og hvitt:)) Det er jo en utfordring i seg selv å fargelegge et motiv uten å kunne bruke hudfarger eller andre farger som ikke går i sort/hvitt nyanser, men jeg tok sjansen jeg. Slik ble mitt resultat

Hege GS challenged me to make a card in only black and white. No other colours allowed, just shades in black and white:)) It is quite a challenge  within itself to colour up an image without being able to use skin colours , just black and white shades but I took the challenge. Here's my result:

Farmyard/Zoo @ Digi Doodle Shop Challenge!!

It is thursday again and it is team Ruth's week to play over at Digi Doodle Shop Challenge. We had a lovely sketch for you last week, and some of you got around playing with that one as well. Hello! My name is Krista Smith.
I have been drawing and doodling my whole life...as far back as I can remember! Over the last year and a half, I have been selling it on Etsy. I was approached to draw stamps for Sugar Nellie, a stamp company based in Scotland. After designing only rubber for a year, I decided to branch out a bit into the digital world:). As an artist, I appreciate the versatility of digi's for the stamper. I also like releasing stamps that are a little more obscure or unique. Monsters, nerds with big glasses...even a mermaid:). Those ones are really fun for me to draw! After opening up my digi shop in the beginning of September, I've been busy filling orders:). I am really thrilled and very humbled that ladies are so receptive to my designs and seem to enjoy coloring them a lot! I am so inspired by these amazing colorists!! I have met so many wonderful, talented ladies through this business and look forward to building new friendships, too!
