GDT Fitztown Monochrome

It is monday again and time for another guest appearance over at Fitztown. First of all. Thanks to all that played along with our paper piecing challenge. Pop by into the challenge blog to check if you are in the winner circle. Our new challenge today is Monochrome!! I quite like doing monochrome projects and can hardly wait to see what you are going to make for this challenge!!

Here's my project, I have been inspired by this tutorial from Bodil.

I've decorated the inside with patterned paper allowing it to be room for some writing.

You do not HAVE to use a Fitztown image to play along; however, in order to win the prize, your creation must include a Fitztown image!

My recipe:
Black bazill
DP leftovers from Papirdesign
Lace from Storyteller
Flowers and butterflies from stash
Diecuts: Tag from TH, Heart tag from Magnolia
Sentiment from Whimsy stamps
black soot D.I
frantage: shabby white embossing enamel from Stampendous

My image is called Fae 19 and is coloured with these promarkers: umber, warm grey 5,4,3,2,1.

Now I hope I've inspired you to have a look into the Fitztown challenge blog to see what the DT have got up their sleeve for you!!
