The stamp I've used is a digi from Tickled Pink Stamps and is called: Lil Pinkette Tom Boyz August. She's coloured with these promarkers: dusky pink, ivory, putty, cocoa, cinnamon, tan, burnt umber, marsh green, moss, pear green, sandstone, ice grey 2,1, amber and peach.
