Top Tip Tuesday: Focus on the ribbon

It is tuesday again and time for another challenge at Top Tip Tuesday! I can't believe how fast time flies. It's been two weeks since our last challenge. Before I tell you about our new challenge I want to thank all of you that played along with our circles challenge. I also have some sad news to share with you too.
